Resources for Kids

Peyton Manning wasn’t always an NFL quarterback. At one time, he was a kid just like you. He went to school, played with his brothers, and hung out with his friends.

But he was pretty lucky. He had a great team. It included people like his mom and dad, his brothers, his teachers, and coaches. They taught him how to live healthy, and make good choices. With their help, he learned that being active and eating right would help him stay healthy, so he could pursue his goals.

And we think you’ll agree it has worked out pretty well.

If you look around you, you’ll see you have the makings of a great team, too. Parents and teachers, family members, coaches, and even friends. And here at Project 18, you’re part of my team. We approach healthy living the same way I approach every football game. We win the right way, and have a good time doing it.
